I'm not sure if it's worth landing this one. It might signal to the community that we still support this plugin which is not the case anymore. It hasn't been part of the release process for a long time and I think leaving it frozen in time is better than trying to get it up to 1.93 standard

The update eclipse-zenoh/zenoh#2392 removes rust 1.75 requirement.
