DO NOT MERGE UNTIL ROLLOUT IS COMPLETE

This PR extends the AWS availability to more regions.

@alaudazzi Let's sort the list by groups of the region code (us-east-1).
Let's have first the us-xx-x and the rest below, all eu-xx, ap-xx
