Hi @mdbirnstiehl , should this parent page Manage data storage also be marked as serverless: unavailable?
(I can see you've marked the child pages, so it's likely this was always the intention but was missed possibly?)

Summary
This PR closes #3959 and partially addresses #1736, still need to address the reference pages in another PR.
This PR updates the Get started with Profiling page to include a note about self-hosted being an option as well as cloud. It also updates the
applies_totags to show that profiling isn't available in serverless.Generative AI disclosure
