Update feature name to use-ember-modules and add npx prefix to command

Follow-up to #1419 to correct the optional feature name and command syntax in the AMD bundles deprecation guide.

Changes

• Updated feature name: ember-modules → use-ember-modules
• Updated command: ember feature:enable ember-modules → npx ember feature:enable use-ember-modules

The deprecation guide now instructs users to run:

npx ember feature:enable use-ember-modules
