This sets up some of the redirects from the old website to the new content on the https://cli.emberjs.com

We audited the current URLs and assigned redirects based on the closest matching content https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rVShNyFhUZqS-oeQQDAJC7u2_KU5WPct2kdhCGvBKAg/edit?usp=sharing

I click tested each link in the redirects file, and this looks good!
