Pull Request Description

• Closes Enable audit logging for Snowflake connections through a data link #11292
• Tries to fix Crash when trying to print failed test in nightly run #11300

Our Snowflake tests have been failing for a while.

Not related to this PR, but I'll see if I can make them green.
