Having trouble understanding what initiates Language Server shutdown. Added logs to help.
No more: `Peer did not acknowledge CLOSE frame after 3 seconds, closing underlying connection now`
Previously delayed shutdown in LanguageServerGateway (project-manager) enabled suspend on all supported systems.
