Add Table.generate_rows

Pull Request Description

New Table.generate_rows component. Duplicates existing rows by constructing and expanding a range.

Example usage:

Create 2 instances of each existing row

Create a N instances of each row based on a integer column

Or a pair of integer columns

Can use expressions

And rename created id column

Also can use a date range
