Update dependencies (#457)

Jest from `^26.6.3` to `^27.0.5`
Storybook from `^6.1.20` to `^6.3.11`

Removed: `awesome-typescript-loader` and the webpack config for storybook.
Typescript is zero-config since Storybook v6, which includes `ts-loader` by default.
