To install:

Save all files in a folder Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/ Enable "Developer mode" (toggle in top-right) Click "Load unpacked" and select the folder

To use:

Click the extension icon Enter websites to block (e.g.: "youtube.com") Click any listed site to remove it
