Implement FinancialNoGapCandleStickSample. Specifically modified from FinancialAdvancedCandleStickSample and do not override the existing sample.
In particular, DefaultFinancialAxis uses index of OhlcvDataset to getDisplayPosition and getValueForDisplay.
And OhlcvToolTip to display date time format in the tooltip.
