Adds

  • Topology optimized waveguide bend, presenting at seminar
  • Changes to many of the topology optimization notebooks to streamline structure and filter creation.
  • Invdes implementations for each of the applicable topology optimization notebooks
  • Metalens inverse design uses cylinders instead of Box.

Note: would need to re-run many of these notebooks, I gave up as they were taking too long and figured we'd re-run anyway.
