Arabic Text Direction (RTL) Not Working Properly in Frappe Helpdesk #2671

Information about bug
When typing Arabic text in Helpdesk comments or while creating a new ticket, the text direction is not automatically switched to Right-to-Left (RTL).
As a result, Arabic text appears misaligned, reversed, or mixed with English text direction, making it difficult to read and write properly.
