We are setting up the Frappe Helpdesk as our new one, and we are missing a feature. We have a lot of recurring tickets for updating servers, and firewalls every few weeks at the same time.
Describe the solution you'd like
It could be nice if we had the option to make recurring tickets which repeats a given time, so every 2 weeks a new ticket is created which is a clone of the one created at the start.
