Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Present Situation

Whenever there is a new event on HD Ticket (Creation, Assignment, Status Change, Mention etc) all of those events are visible when we click "Notifications" on the side menu + a visual cue is also displayed over the "Notifications" side menu area.

Problem

Now, a agent might be handling other tickets (or doing other task on his computer) & might not constantly check the home page of the HD Portal.

Use-case

Agent is working on his computer & while he is working -- some new tickets came in.
Since the user was so engrossed in the work he was already doing on his computer, he didn't check the HD Portal -- as a result his SLA's failed & client faced long downtime.

Now it would make sense for Helpdesk Portal to send push-notification through browser such that the agent is notified on his computer screen (irrespective of what window/tab is active) that a new HD Ticket Event occurred & the agent must take action.

Describe the solution you'd like

A opt-in push-notification through browser which alerts the user for new events on HD Tickets.

Describe the alternatives you've considered

Without this feature, the agent has to keep on checking the Helpdesk Portal for any new events again & again.
