1.The option to close a ticket should be available directly from the List View, instead of requiring the user to open each ticket individually. Please advise how tickets can be closed from the List View itself.
2.When merging tickets, one ticket should be closed automatically and all relevant data should be transferred to the merged ticket.
3.The ticket assignment functionality should also be available in the List View. Currently, users must open the ticket to assign an HD Agent, which is not efficient.
