Field Dependency should hide the field in customer portal

Information about bug

Current Behaviour:

Fields configured to be hidden via Field Dependency are still visible in the customer portal.

Expected Behaviour:

Fields with dependency criteria that evaluate to false should be hidden in the customer portal, just like in the agent/desk view.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Set up a Field Dependency to hide a field based on another field’s value.
• Log in to the customer portal.
• The field is still visible, even when it should be hidden.

While working on field dependency, I noticed that it currently works only on Agent Portal (desktop) and does not work on Agent Portal (mobile) or Customer Portal.
I wanted to clarify the intended behavior before proceeding further:
Option A: Add two separate settings

• Apply Field Dependency in Customer View
• Apply Field Dependency in Agent View

Option B: Add a single setting
Apply Field Dependency in Ticket View
and evaluate dependencies only when this is enabled (including desktop view).
Could you please confirm which approach aligns better with the product direction, and what the expected end result should be?

Also, I’ve started working on filter-table dependency for parent–child fields in Agent Portal. I’m planning to raise a separate PR for this, but let me know if you’d prefer it to be included in the same PR.
