pkg_osvf: Add osv_type for VuXML compatibility#2699

As VuXML audit currently uses pkg_audit_version type field different than pkg_osvf make sure that OSVf implementation tries to mimic VuXML version checking code. For keeping OSVf version compatibility in order introduce osv_type which now contains OSVf events information
