Ensemble Logits & Pre-Trained Teacher Models

In this release, the pre-trained teacher models and the ensemble logits of the teacher models are made available.

12 models (6 PaSST, 6 CP-ResNets) are trained and the logits are averaged to create the ensemble predictions.
