Added bitwise operation to _getBroadcastAddress to return correct broadcast addresses for all netmasks. Fixes futomi#40

@futomi Is it possible to merge this PR into master? It fixes the issue I am having with my broadcast address from a non-standard subnet mask Thanks again for your work! |
