Likely the final product

This release let's you download a pre-built version of the layout build via the Layout Creator by Microsoft.

The zip and 7zip files are actually the same thing, it's just that 7zip has a better compression ratio and will download faster.

If you have an idea for any possible changes just create an issue and I will consider adding the character to this layout, though again, probably we are done already with this release
