As a follow-up issue to #98, incorporate David's feedback for the Dryad data on CyVerse re: metadata and landing page:

thanks for doing this - the public folder should be used to mimic the contents of the Dryad submission and should thus have a landing page. Other public but unpublished data can go under the terraref/ folder. The terraref/genomics folder is also 'public'. It should go under 'public' but we can't change the urls at this point. But could you move the landing page that is currently at https://datacommons.cyverse.org/browse/iplant/home/shared/terraref to the terraref/genomics folder? It should also have rights == CC0 and a the dryad citation. Maybe open a new issue if necessary.

@dlebauer
My assumption is that the landing pages are derived from the metadata for a certain folder (unless there is another way to generate or move a landing page). For both shared/terraref and shared/terraref/genomics directories, I'm unable to modify any files or metadata, so I don't think I can change the landing pages, either. Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding the issue.

@MagicMilly What's the status of this? Can it be closed?

I'm not sure about the status - @dlebauer should this be closed and/or a new ticket created? I don't have the proper permissions to move things around.
