Remembered while deploying this: Our yaml gets mangled by prettier, so I added "ignore" tags to the new code blocks |

This links the key in the
package.ymlpage to the patterns section in thepackaging-practicespage. It also expands that section to talk about naming, and changing fields of subpackages.Fixes #604.
