fix(fomo3d): fix owner & add txlinks in render

1. Fixed Owner Address Initialization

• Hardcoded the owner address in init() to ensure consistent ownership across Portal Loop deployments

2. Added TxLink Integration

• Updated the render file to provide both traditional links and txlink alternatives for better UX
