Since the update to 1.23.1, the Pull Request sidebar filter shows a inconsistent count depending on what filter is active.
I've added also some screenshots to clearify the issue.
I didn't found an existing issue for that, so maybe it's not really a bug but it depends on some misconfiguration? I already thought about a database misconfiguration, but the self check (/-/admin/self_check) does not show any errors.
