feat: add support for paymasters in zk stack networks

Background

What does this PR do?

Add support for zk sync stack networks by adding the paymaster and paymasterInput parameters and calling the right sendTransaction from viem when those are present.

What kind of change is this?

Does not apply to hosted wallets since these do not support yet zk sync networks
