As per discussions from my prior pull request [godotengine#11678](godotengine#11678), I have made the suggested changes to reflect the fact that an existing official page of other bindings already exists and thus a 3rd party one didn't need to be linked to. I've also made additional expansions of the surrounding text including mentioning that OS functions provide yet another level of interoperability support that adds value. I also brightened the mood and tone of a bit of text slightly to reflect the great features of Godot.

I think this is too long-winded to add to a getting started page. Putting the security aspects front and center also makes the whole deal sound rather scary. Executing programs with OS.execute() is a fairly advanced use case (it's rare for shipped games to do that), so I wouldn't mention it here either.
PS: In reStructuredText, internal references should use the :ref: syntax as seen elsewhere on the page. External links should use <link>__, but only when an internal reference can't be used.

The language used is also pretty advanced English, I'd avoid using a lot of words that not even all native English speakers would know |
