Please:

adjust to a toggle (i.e. allow docked as it currently is, or floating) - recommend placing toggle near current task monitor toggle for consistency
when floating remove css styling that hides the content when hovering over task bar
prevent the content from disappearing off screen (recommend the content is forced back into viewport i.e. if the rate limit box is at the bottom of the screen)
