これだと foo.jpg というファイルの入力の場合に foo.jpg.png というファイル名になりませんか？
それは意図したものでしょうか？

できればfilepath.Join使ってほしいです。
あと対象のディレクトリのなかに更にディレクトリがあった場合、それも変換しようとしますが大丈夫でしょうか？
