This PR improves the training material for the upcoming ASKEM Evaluation in Feburary 2025 by expanding the table of contents and adding a section on creating rate-laws.
Code snippets were also improved by making them more consistent across examples and making use of the
local_dictargument when creating expressions usingsafe_parse_exprto make sure all created template models can be converted to petrinet JSON.
