Add UniFi Protect API-key-only mode to the 2026.9 release notes

Adds a bullet for the UniFi Protect API-key-only connection mode, plus the [UniFi Protect] link reference.

The mode is the one change this cycle that alters how the integration is set up, so the bullet also spells out how little it covers so far: only ALARM_CONTROL_PANEL, CAMERA and LIGHT are forwarded, everything else keeps needing a local user.
