Set vana availability status to disabled (reason: deprecated) as part of the Vana paid-chain deprecation. Warp routers are already owned by the customer multisig 0xDDF71a6ddf3FCABBbA4D607b57f0f6Fc0265bb84.

Reviewed at 426a6242a8ffc82b67d573520ff6f01b16833665. Approved: the disabled/deprecated availability metadata matches existing registry convention, remains alphabetically ordered, includes the required patch changeset, and passes build/unit/lint/format/changeset validation. Consistent with monorepo #9205.
