Who is going to buy the product? Who is the target customer?

The product - a file management application on the cloud - is directed to two types of client:

  • Clients that need to access their files anywhere, like teachers, students, entrepreneurs, among others, that need a robust platform to host them in an easy and secure manner;
  • Teams with several users accessing the same files - companies with various workers sharing a set of folders/files where is important to share different files with different access modes.

Which customer needs will the product address?

  • Secure hosting of files;
  • Easy access from anywhere;
  • Hierarchic system organization;
  • File sharing;

Which product attributes are critical to satisfy the needs selected, and therefore for the success of the product?

  • Organization of the account content in folders that are hierarchically organized;
  • File upload trough browse or drag and drop;
  • Synchronization among different devices associated with the user;
  • Offline access to the files;

How does the product compare against existing products, both from competitors and the same company? What are the product's unique selling points?

In truth, our product isn't that different. It has the same functionalities, like the easy and secure hosting of files and sharing functionalities, but otherwise we offer more free space!

What is the target timeframe and budget to develop and launch the product?

The aim is to launch the product in two (2) months. The budget available for this project isn't monetary. Therefore, the brain power of our team will be sufficient to finish the product!
