Sprint 2 Retrospective

Sprint Goal Objectives

• Upload with Drag&Drop, Share, Shared with me, Sharing with, Change permissions, Unshare;
• Add more extension icons;
• Include Clash of Clouds logo in error messages;
• Fully Functional GUI;
• Prepare product for launching;

Sprint Planning

For the second sprint it was tasked and completed the following user stories:

#1 As a registered user, I want to back up my entire hard drive so that I never lose any important data.
#3 As a registered user, I want to select the files or folders that I want to share, so that I can collaborate with my colleagues.
#6 As an admin, I want to be the only one that changes my folder's permissions, so that I can control who has access to it and can edit its files.

Sprint Retrospective

"Did well"

• Upload file(s) or folder(s) with Drag&Drop
• File sharing mechanism
• Don't allow download, share and delete of "No files"

"Do differently"

• Use system default editor to edit files

"Puzzles"

• Major difficulties were felt in the GUI development (Shared with me section was particularly tricky)
