- allow the code to restart from dumps created in v1.x with planets.
- Fix a bug with grid coarsening+MHD when DIMENSIONS < 3
Allow the code to restart from dumps generated by Idefix v1.x with the right planet(s) location.
* fix segFault with gridCoarsening+MHD when DIMENSIONS==2
* adding a new test for grid Coarsening * fix currents used with grid Coarsening
