The F-Droid release is currently pinned to v1.112.1 as isar builds are non-reproducible. Upstream has untracked lock files, so generate one ourselves, based on casimir/frigoligo#189.
NB, it seems isar is unmaintained, with development continuing in https://github.com/isar-community/isar (isar-community/isar#84 to add a lock file there). It may be worth switching and/or migrating to something else e.g. https://github.com/simolus3/drift.
