With the option enabled, the left and right arrow keys in the photo viewer opened from a profile's Media tab move through every post's photos and videos, instead of stopping at the current post's media.

Annoying to me: open a photo from the Media tab, ←/→ only walks through that one post. To get to the next post you close the viewer, scroll, click.
This makes ←/→ go through the whole grid instead. Desktop, on by default. Adds on-screen ←/→ buttons too since the built-in chevrons disappear at post edges.
Self-reply media shows up in the grid before its parent (it's newest-first), so it's reordered to come after. Reply thumbs in the grid get a small badge too.
