I have no idea if this is a place to comment but I firstly dig IOTA,shame I didn't stake on the shimmer choice but that is mine.
But, I have seemed to have lost, or misplaced the staked IOTA. Yes, it was backed up by the Stronghold feature, as well as always having a seed phrase.....but it's not there anymore. It is not in my wallet, with the same password and PIN number too. I'm confused and don't have the computer knowledge to kinda understand what has happened.

Good morning @Commodore6416 ! first of all, don't worry, the funds cannot be lost, they exist on the tangle! maybe you have an outdated version of Firefly and need to update it. You can download the latest version on the Firefly website and try restoring your profile with the stronghold file. If the issue persists, it might be best to communicate your problem on the Firefly Discord channel, as it is the official channel for these types of cases, I hope this would help! 🙏
