Use RAPIDE for Kubo for unordered block requests #7
Description
The goal is to use RAPIDE for kubo requests where the order of blocks is irrelevant, mainly exporting car (debatable given light clients probably care about block ordering) and ipfs pin add.
The goal here is to be more efficient (no more broadcast spam), and have higher throughputs.
