I think this is ready to be reviewed, it is an accumulative work, i will make smaller PR in the future
there is a lot of changes:

  • neuroglancer is embedded in a dashboard
  • Input normalization through dashboard, can select from one of the existing normalization , can set a lambda function, or a custom python code and refresh directly
  • i added an example of supporting omnx
    @davidackerman @krokicki

Need to be done:

  • update readme, how to use dashboard
