the Hermite-Simpson Direct Collocation (DIRCOL) method : Ch2-DIRCOL\model optimal control\OptimTraj-master\demo\tumorMinimization\MAIN.m

a periodic treatment based on State-Depenedent Riccati Equation (SDRE) method : Ch3-SDRE\model\exec_n_print.m
