bmish/eslint-doc-generator#835 is the main breaking change, which moved the rule descriptions to be on their own line to align more with e.g. ESLint and @typescript-eslint.

I've opted to accept that since it would require an annoying amount of config to keep the current format, and I don't think the difference is that significant to warrant caring
