Prerequisite: installed net8 framework

AvaloniaTFTPClient_linux_x64_net8.zip
AvaloniaTFTPClient_windows_x64_net8.zip

(the project also contains publish targets for selfcontained binaries, but they are slightly too big for the github upload limit)
