### Double-click navigation in the file browser

Jupyter Notebook 7.3 introduced support for single-click navigation in the file browser.

However this was causing some issues, for example when opening a file in a new tab and going back to the file browser tab.

In Jupyter Notebook 7.4, the single-click navigation is now disabled by default, and double-click navigation is enabled instead.

It is still possible to change the behavior back to single-click via the Settings Editor.
