• Add KafkaChannel v1 API. The v1 API is backward compatible with the v1beta1 API. (#4222, @pierDipi)
• Allow configuring dispatchers minimum replicas.
  This configuration helps with configuring HA for dispatchers.
  The Eventing scheduler tries to place virtual replicas on multiple pods, by having DISPATCHERS_MIN_REPLICAS be more than 1, even when the total number of virtual replicas is less than POD_CAPACITY, the virtual replicas for resources will spread out across replicas leading to overall better availability for all resources.
