What this PR does / why we need it:
Right now, this might fix CI flakes (like #1783). Those flakes, while apparently not related to KUDO internals, are not observed in KUTTL CI, which suggests that the root cause might have been fixed in newer versions of KUTTL or< most probably, KUTTL's dependencies.
Eventually, we will need these bumps anyway.
