Code Review
This pull request updates the English FAQ documentation to address a common warning regarding the default MoE kernel configuration when using kt-kernel with SGLang, explaining that it can be safely ignored. It also provides links for finding further help. The reviewer suggested adding a trailing newline at the end of the file to adhere to standard formatting practices and prevent Git warnings.

Closes #2008
Add a FAQ entry explaining that the SGLang fused-MoE kernel config warning seen at startup is expected when using kt-kernel and can be safely ignored, since kt-kernel replaces SGLang's MoE implementation with its own CPU/GPU hybrid dispatch.
