• The HLP has been split into two parts:
  • Part I Foundations is meant to be read by all Lambda employees during onboarding
  • Part II Specific Topics is a collection of technical topics relevant to all of Lambda's interests. It is meant to provide reference material for these areas and not to be read cover-to-cover, but selected as needed when onboarding to projects. These topics include programming languages we use (Rust, Elixir, Python) and matters related to distributed systems and blockchains.
  • Reading/viewing times have been removed.
  • Outdated material in the reference and colima files has been removed.
• Incorporates Ethrex onboarding material.
• Removes Antifragile chapter 15
• Other resources added:
  • Basic things
  • Vitalik: Encapsulated vs systemic complexity in protocol design
  • The two root causes of software complexity
