Next release

• 101-tagged things + whatever we can land quickly
• When 997 lands, we can cut a next release. And maybe if galder gets back to his PR
  • Antoine to update today
• Payment retries will need to land quick after that in 102
  • Would like to ship 102 in 2 weeks

• Review is the focus rn

Retries

• As little code as possible for v1 is ideal
• Can make it smarter later, just wanna get api in place rn w/ something naive
• Jeff: i may have a follow up for retrying for parts. May wanna divvy up work:
  1. scoring trait / handler
  2. use of scoring in router
  3. adding support for retries in channelmanager, dealing w/ the payment parts
• Payment retryer will need to land first.
