Problem
Users configuring Azure via with_azure(...) could not set max_session_duration, even though RealtimeModel(...) supports it.
This made it impossible to tune session recycle behavior when using the Azure convenience path.
Solution
Exposed the max_session_duration variable in openai.realtime.RealtimeModel.wtih_azurre(). Made it more usable...
